What is the Employee Opinion Survey Process?

Planning... We'll help you clarify your goals for the survey. You may choose from a bank of 63 questions that can be compared to community norms. You may also choose from a list of optional questions, or custom-design your own.

Survey Administration... MSEC will administer the survey at your location or on line. For your comfort and to assure confidentiality, we maintain control of the survey protocol at all times.

Data Analysis/Feedback... We will process and analyze all completed questionnaires. You will receive a comprehensive report on how your employees perceive your organization's leadership and management practices. We will provide you with feedback comparing your results to other organizations.

Action Planning... MSEC will help you develop a communication strategy for reporting survey results to employees. And...the full range of our services is available to assist you in implementing changes based on survey data.
