Training Needs Assessment Survey
Training for impact means assessing the needs of your organization and designing a training intervention to help meet those needs. MSEC can help you take a focused approach towards developing your training priorities with our Training Needs Assessment Survey. The purpose of the Training Needs Assessment Survey is to assist your organization evaluate and prioritize its training initiatives.
The TNA uses a customized questionnaire to assess unique aspects of your organization's training offerings and employee perceptions of what training programs should be implemented. The survey can also be customized to analyze specific jobs and provide a variety of intervention options in order to support employee performance in that job. We work with you throughout the process to create the most effective survey for your organization: we help you create the survey questions, we administer the survey using our tools, we summarize the results for you and help you interpret them, and we provide recommendations based on the results.
The cost of the TNA is based on the number of employees who participate as well as on the complexity of the final survey.
When training needs have been correctly identified, organizations can develop an action plan that is both appropriate and applicable. Such a training plan should be expedient and cost effective, providing the greatest possible return on investment.
