Registration
There are four ways for members to register:
Register Online
Telephone: Call the MSEC Organizational Development and Learning Department at 303.894.6732
Fax: Fax your registration form to us at 303.863.8953
Mail: Complete and return the registration form included with the monthly seminar announcements or the annual Catalog. Send to Mountain States Employers Council, Inc., P.O. Box 539, Denver, CO 80201-0539
To ensure maximum effectiveness and participation, most programs have limited enrollments. Reservations are made on a "first come, first served" basis.

Your Membership Number
We ask for your membership number when you register to help ensure accurate registration and billing.

Cancellations
If unavoidable circumstances require cancellation, the cost of the program can be credited or refunded if the cancellation is received no less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program. An administrative fee of 25% of the seminar cost will be charged for all seminars canceled or rescheduled less than 7 days prior to the seminar. Cancellations can only be made with an MSEC registration clerk at 303.894.6732.

Certain courses require lead time for computer processing of participant feedback. For these seminars the registration cost can be refunded only if cancellation is received no less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the program.

Participants with confirmed registrations who fail to attend are billed for the entire cost of the seminar. With the exception of those programs that use a feedback instrument, participant substitutions may be made at any time.

Confirmation
All classes are confirmed at time of registration. A written confirmation, which will include information on our location, will be mailed for each participant.

Seminar Locations
MSEC seminars are conducted in a number of locations.
MSEC seminars are held at 1799 Pennsylvania Street in Denver unless noted otherwise.
Regional Locations: Please see our Catalog for a listing of seminars offered to MSEC members located outside the Denver area.
On-site Presentations: Member companies may request MSEC seminars for their employees. Such on-site seminars are tailored to meet an organization's needs and may be held at MSEC or a company-designated facility.

Lunches
In most seminars, lunch is not provided. A list and map of nearby restaurants will be given to each participant. A refrigerator and microwave are available for use by participants.

Parking
Denver - Parking is available at no charge in the lot adjacent to our building. Please make note of the parking space number and register your car when you check in for your seminar. Vehicles should be securely locked and valuables placed in the trunk.
Colorado Springs - Parking available in lot adjacent to building.

Hotel Information
Denver - For out-of-town participants who need lodging, MSEC has a special rate at the following hotels: The Warwick Hotel - 303.861.2000; and Denver Downtown Hampton Inn & Suites - 303-864-8000 (When making reservations at The Hampton Inn & Suites please reference Mountain States Employers ID #2623322 receive the MSEC discount.) Snow Days - Inclement Weather
MSEC seminars are not canceled or postponed because of snow or weather conditions. If weather conditions cause traffic problems, the normal MSEC starting time of 8:30 a.m. may be delayed up to approximately one-half hour. Our standing rule is that all seminars and briefing sessions will be conducted as scheduled.

Continuing Education Units
The MSEC Organizational Development and Learning Department provides Continuing Education Units (CEU's) for its seminars. The CEU is a nationally recognized standard unit of measurement. It is awarded for every ten contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience that takes place under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction. CEU credits for individual classes are listed in the catalog.

Attire
We suggest you dress comfortably. Temperatures in our classrooms can vary so you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket for your personal comfort.
