When we develop an on-site program for you, the following activities are included:
	The first thing we do is find out exactly what you need before we create a custom program for your organization.
	We will take time to learn about your organization, the needs of the participants, and your expectations for the training. We will focus on the issues that are most important to you, and use examples that are relevant to your industry.
	We will conduct the program for your employees and will furnish all materials needed for the training.
	Following the training, we will discuss how well your expectations were met and what future activities are needed to complement or reinforce what has been learned.

MSEC Custom On-Site Training is Easy
You select a date and time that is most convenient to you and we will come to your office with our expertise and materials. Prior to the training, we will discuss with you your goals and expectations and design a class to specifically address those concerns.

Optimize Training Dollars With Custom On-site Classes
Thinking of conducting the same training at the same time for your employees? If so, a custom on-site class is the perfect solution! Standard costs are as follow:

	Full Day: $1,800 per day for the first 25 participants and $45 per day for each participant above 25
	Half Day: $1,200 per half day for the first 25 participants and $20 per day for each participant above 25
	Cancellations: There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the daily on-site rate for programs that are cancelled within 14 days of the program date.
	Note: Additional travel time fees will be charged for travel to member companies located outside the Denver area.
The following training services are also charged at an hourly rate of $100:
	Individual and group interviews prior to and following training
	Development time for customizing of program materials, if needed
	Individual and group coaching/counseling of managers and teams prior to and following training

Included in the cost are initial consultation with the organization, instruction time, local travel time, and materials. Sessions can be conducted at your facility or can be conducted at MSEC without a room rental fee. Out-of-pocket expenses for travel, meals, lodging, and meeting rooms are the obligation of the employer scheduling the training.

Conflict Resolution, Teambuilding, Group Facilitation, and Individual Coaching Services
The Organizational Development and Learning staff can also provide MSEC members with assistance in interpersonal conflict resolution, facilitation, and teambuilding. The staff also provides coaching of individuals for high performance. MSEC can also provide neutral leaders to help groups problem solve or reach decisions. In addition, our staff can assist teams in managing difficult issues such as role definition, interpersonal conflicts and leadership concerns. Curriculum Design
