For that price members will receive an updated federal poster or an updated state poster whenever a mandatory change occurs - no matter how many changes take place for either poster in the calendar year! If you need current federal or state posters right away, MSEC can handle that order as well. In December 2008 a mandatory change occurred on the FMLA posting included in the federal all-in-one employment law poster. Also in December 2008, implementation of Colorado's Minimum Wage Order Number 25 changed that element of the Colorado all-in-one poster. State all-in-one Employment law Posters are available for all 50 states plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Changes in state law posting requirements are closely monitored by a research team. MSEC can inform employers of the most recent changes to any state poster at any time. In Colorado, the most recent mandatory change occurred on December 3, 2008, when the Minimum Wage Order Number 25 poster was published.
