For that price members will receive an updated federal poster or an updated state poster whenever a mandatory change occurs - no matter how many changes take place for either poster in the calendar year! If you need current federal or state posters right away, MSEC can handle that order as well. Most recently, in October 2009 the EEO posting in the Federal all-in-one poster changed to incorporate genetic testing anti-discrimination protections. In October 2009, the Colorado Unemployment Insurance poster changed, and in December 2009 the state minimum wage change lead to issuance of Colorado Minimum Wage Order Number 26.
