Career Transition/Outplacement Services
Prepares individuals to achieve an effective job search through individual consulting and/or career skill building workshops providing a win/win situation for both member and employee.

Survivor Assistance
Our "after the downsizing" services will assist in creating an atmosphere that encourages renewed organization enthusiasm. Workshops and one-on-one change management coaching customized for managers, supervisors and employees provide assistance in recreating an energized and productive workforce.

Career Management and/or Development
Good people in the wrong job; a position no longer matches skill sets. When diagnosing issues surrounding a low-performing, but capable employee, MSEC's Career Transition Services can help the employee and the employer discover that the individual is not using their talent in their current position. We identify an employee's skills and talents so management can redefine their current job description to use these capabilities consistently in the same job or in a new position. The employer retains talented and satisfied employees improving the bottom line.

Career Assessments and Interpretation
These assessments can help two types of employees: those who have a bright future at the organization and need help in shaping that future, or for those who are in the process of transitioning to other opportunities through layoff, downsizing, restructuring and/or termination.

Workshops
MSEC's Career Transition and Development services offer a wide range of support workshops for managers, supervisors and employees to include design and facilitation of customized workshops. Our workshops are lead by seasoned hand-on practitioners who share their experiences and foster attendee interaction. Workshops are offered onsite at a member location or at MSEC.
